Ann Shantz earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mankato State University. She began her professional career in the field of psychology, first working with at-risk youth at the court level in Wisconsin before continuing her work supporting children and teens in Minnesota. This early experience shaped her deep understanding of family dynamics and strengthened her commitment to helping individuals navigate challenging life transitions.
In 2004, Ann co-founded a business in the financial marketing industry, which she continues to operate successfully today. Her entrepreneurial background has equipped her with strong organizational, leadership, and client-service skills.
Ann also serves as the Client Liaison for Mack & Santana Law Offices, P.C. She was drawn to family law because of her passion for helping individuals and families through life-changing events. With her experience in complex processes, natural empathy, and strong organizational abilities, Ann plays a vital role in guiding clients as they begin their family law journey, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
Outside of her professional life, Ann enjoys traveling to warm destinations, shopping, attending happy hours, and spending quality time with her friends, her son, her extended family, and her beloved pets — two cats and a dog.
