Haley Schaefer is a paralegal at Mack & Santana Law Offices, P.C., where she focuses on family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting time, spousal maintenance, and complex financial discovery. Haley works closely with clients throughout every stage of their case, assisting with case strategy, document preparation, financial analysis, and trial preparation.
Haley graduated Summa Cum Laude from Minnesota State University, Mankato, in the Spring of 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She completed her Paralegal Certificate at Hamline University in December of 2025. Her background in psychology provides her with valuable insight into the emotional dynamics that often accompany family law matters, allowing her to support clients with both professionalism and empathy.
Haley is known for her attention to detail and her ability to manage complex financial documentation in high-conflict matters. She is committed to helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident as they navigate significant life transitions.
Outside of the office, Haley enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, hiking, exploring new restaurants, shopping, watching shows or listening to podcasts, and spending time with her dog, Willow.
