About

Margaret Lehtinen is an associate attorney practicing family law at Mack & Santana. Margaret assists in drafting legal documents, researching, and communicating with clients. She started at the firm in 2024 as a Paralegal. Following her admission to the MN Bar in October 2024, she started her role as an associate attorney in January 2025.

Margaret started her legal education as an undergraduate at Drake University, majoring in Law, Politics, and Society with minors in Psychology and Sociology. She continued her education at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, graduating with her Juris Doctor in 2024. Throughout her time at Mitchell Hamline Margaret volunteered at the school’s Self-Help Clinic, assisting clients with identifying and completing family court documents. She also worked part-time as a law clerk for a small family law firm.

Margaret is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association. Margaret is admitted to practice in Minnesota.

Outside of her time at Mack & Santana, Margaret enjoys making ceramics, swimming, and spending time with her cat.
